The newly renovated white gloss and microcement kitchen is the star of the property, with bags of natural light from the triple skylights, bifold doors and picture windows, previous photographers have really enjoyed this space even on dull weather days. It is a large spacious kitchen with flexible dining and lounging areas. The reclaimed elm wood table is a stand out piece along with the scandi inspired bar stools.

The house also has a large entrance hallway, office with access out on to the garden, a dark moody snug tv room with open fire and a pattern tiled utility/boot room.

There are 5 bedrooms available for shooting all with different appeal, a minimally decorated wood floored room with a balcony out on the garden and newly renovated en-suite. Two other more colourfully painted and carpeted rooms and a very neutral attic room.

The outside of the property is spacious and private, with electric gates to a garden and driveway that isn’t overlooked. The garden is comprised of a large grassed area, a wild overgrown area with old sheds, and an entertaining patio area with heated swimming pool (Please note during colder months the pool is covered and not heated and patio furniture is in storage – see final photo – please message if the pool is essential to your shoot) .

Experienced and flexible host, the house can be available for long periods even at short notice and be easily vacated if that is your preference. We may be open to spaces being decorated and we are fine with furniture, home accessories and artworks being moved around as suits your shoot.
