Generous, uncluttered wall space provides flexibility for branding, product placement and set dressing. Gardens are home to various woodland animals, ancient trees, children’s playground and plentiful lawn space. Natural white stone patio and multiple seating areas including luxurious sun loungers. Outside kitchen planned for furnishing later in 2026. Upper level - with exception of the children's bathroom this space is not available, however we are open to discussion. The main bathroom stuns with a gorgeous free standing tub, double glass sink, Crittall-style shower, oversized mirror and fresh greenery. This is available if children are on set. Master bedroom overlooks the gardens with a king bed and quadruple wardrobes. The rooms features a brand new ensuite in micro cement, with rain shower and a beautiful natural double sink teak vanity. The main Guestroom has a neutral earthy feel and lots of room to relax. Double bed with high end mattress, dressing table, black out shutters and a new brushed brass ensuite. Large child’s bedroom with a single bed and single trundle bed, deep comfortable mattresses and black out curtains. Overlooks stunning gardens with ample room to unwind. A large second child’s bedroom with a new small double bed, a built in desk, beautiful white shutters and again, space to play or rest. The smallest bedroom is home to our natural reclaimed office desk, comfortable swivel chair, overlooking the drive with sunshine streaming in. A double bed would fit alongside the wardrobes but our preference is to use this space for yoga or playtime.
