My husband and I built our cotswold stone house about 6 years ago. Internally it has a great open-plan kitchen and dining area with lots of natural light and beautiful views. The house has a variety of different and interesting areas with each space designed to have its own story, but it all still flows.

Externally; there is a wild flower meadow, fields with winding paths and tall grasses, streams, a large cut flower garden which will be full come spring/summer, vegetable and flower garden with greenhouse and pergola with vine by the house.

In due course there will be a studio space above the garages for crew to use on shoot days, which will have its own kitchenette and bathroom and entrance.

There is easy parking and we are very close to Charlbury train station with good link direct from London Paddington. There is also a 2 bed airbnb – The Fold, which is bookable through Bolthole Retreats if anyone requires overnight accommodation.
