Styled Home Studios was founded in late 2022 by childhood friends Helen Holt and Tamaryn Balleny – one a photographer, the other an interior designer – who kept running into the same problem from opposite sides of the industry: brilliant, styled homes were either locked up inside expensive agencies, or scattered across generic listing sites with no quality control. So they built the platform they wished existed: a curated marketplace where Hosts and Creators connect directly, with the simplicity, transparency and flexibility a traditional location agency can’t offer. Every property is vetted by Helen and Tamaryn before it joins the platform – which is why today, Styled Home Studios is home to one of the UK’s best curated collections of design-led homes and spaces.
