About Beamed Barn – PO20

This location is a large 4 bedroom newly converted barn which beautifully blends old and new with lots of original features such as exposed beams & flint walls. The white painted walls and high ceilings make the rooms bright and airy, and the natural light is excellent due to plenty of windows on both sides. The main living space and bedrooms are linked seamlessly with a floor to ceiling glass walkway for a real added wow factor.

Mature gardens wrap around the entire property, and it sits next to a 16th century farmhouse and threshing barn, which are both also available for hire. There is plenty of space for parking allowing for up to 30 vehicles if required.

The gardens include a beautiful flint walled vegetable patch chicken coop and large pond.

Parking information

Parking available for up to 30 cars in our overflow paddock. There is space for about 8 cars on the hard concrete drive in addition to the paddock.

Pets

A dog, a cat and 14 chickens. The dog and chickens are very friendly, the cat is a barn cat and should not be petted.

Local amenities

We are a 10 minute drive to Chichester train station which has direct links to London Victoria. The nearest village is East Wittering which has an abundance of local shops. For a larger supermarket there is Waitrose or Tesco in Chichester.

Hi I’m Holly and I live with my husband and little girl together with our cat, dog and 14 chickens near Chichester, on the south coast. I run Poplars Farm Barns, our holiday let & location house, as well as being a florist.
