Clapton Tram is a 2000 sqft plant filled double-height Victorian stable in an historic Tram Depot with skylights running the full length. The main space measures 13m x 8m with a kitchen & bathroom and terrace – available for filming and photoshoots.

✓ Please ask Studio Manager before moving larger items of furniture.
✓ The plants are fragile - please do no lean poly boards on them
✓ If a plant has a wet base please do not place on he Oak 17th Century table (there are two plastic folding proprs/make up tables)
✓ No outside plants from the terrace to be brought indoors and vice versa.
✓ Please advise lighting director to not leave large light pointed at plants as it only takes a few hours to cook them.
✓ No confetti or glitter canons of any variety including glitter filled balloons - £1000 cleaning fee for any confetti cannons as its very difficult to get off plants/beams
✓ No tape on the floor as it removes the finish.
✓ Please do not disconnect the Wifi/Sonos Please ask the owner.

Please return all furniture / props to the correct rooms / rebuild where necessary
No food to be consumed outside of designated areas
Please protect the flooring & lift all furniture
No smoking inside the property

Parking information

parking is on a first come first served basis in the courtyard there are 11 spaces across 20 businesses and 4 loading bays A car park (6/8cars) behind the building is sometimes available for £100/day to the local housing community

Restricted areas

the front mezzanine is private and is locked off.

Pets

My border Collie Jack lives here with me however he leaves with me once the client is set up and he will be located in the private mezzanine until we both leave.

Blok cafe and Tram Store cafe are in the courtyard plus shops 2 mins walk, Tesco down the road 5 min Tea and coffee making facilities provided at location.
