Our home is a beautifully renovated gatekeeper’s lodge, located on the outskirts of a picturesque hamlet just 10 minutes from the M40 and 15 minutes from Banbury train station.

The 18th century gatekeeper’s lodge has been renovated and extended to create a beautiful open plan living space blending historical charm with modern luxury. The exterior maintains the appearance of a small, traditional lodge, but upon entering, it opens up into a spacious, contemporary home.

– Panoramic Views: The extension features crittal-style windows that flood the space with natural light, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.

– Original Oak Beams: The extension has highlighted oak beams, adding character and warmth to the open-plan layout.
