Former Victorian era dog biscuit factory. 3000 square foot space, set over 3 levels with the ability to shoot down from the all the upper levels. Recently renovated to a high standard, with a mix of industrial, contemporary, and original features throughout. Large open plan reception/kitchen, three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a family room/office. Large terrace attached to the kitchen provides outdoor space. Double height ceilings in the reception, original arched windows, reclaimed oak flooring, industrial lighting, exposed brickwork and a bespoke steel staircase and upper walkway. Natural light (large windows are east facing), with full blackout available.

**The advertised price is a guide only- feel free to reach out for a bespoke rate, which is based upon the following: stills/filming, number of cast & crew in total, and whether there are any set builds taking place or large props coming in.**

House rules

✓ We will not allow access more than 10 minutes earlier than your agreed start time. Please don’t drag or pull ANYTHING across the floors- everything must be lifted, even lightweight items. Please don’t place any “gaffer” style tape on the floors. Low-tack tape is available, in the shoot box on the kitchen counter. Please make sure the outer gate and doors are closed at the rear entrance. Take care not to be a burden on our neighbours. Please don’t store anything in the foundry yard, parking lot, communal stairwell, in the back garden or any other communal areas. If you need extra space, we have an outdoor terrace which you are welcome to use as you wish. Note that filming/photography may only take place within the four walls of our property, and on our terrace. There is no filming/photography allowed in the stairwell, the rear parking lot, the art foundry yard, the garden or any other communal areas. Lighting can be placed outside the windows, on the garden path, with our prior permission only. There is a £50 fee per day to set any lighting or structures outside the reception windows. The full fee is passed directly to the residents’ gardening committee. Lighting may not block the pathway in any way- the other residents need to be able to have full access along the pathway at all times. No complex lighting structures or tenting please. Take care not to put anything very hot (ie. hot pots or pans) on any wooden surfaces. Hot drinks will not damage the surfaces but a hot frying pan will! You are welcome to leave a reasonable amount of bagged rubbish outside the stable door and we will dispose of it for you. We cannot dispose of anything that could be classed as “commercial waste” such as floor coverings, set build remnants, etc. You must arrange to take this with you or have it collected from the street, at 2 Fawe Street London E14 6PD. Please do not enter any rooms that have signs asking you not to enter. Please bear in mind that you’re shooting in a location house and that this is a family home.

Parking information

We have parking for 3 cars on site. We can park 3 further cars in the road with vouchers which cost £16 per voucher.

Restricted areas

childrens' bedroom & bathroom unless previously requested

Pets

We have a small dog who might be around when we get you settled. We can easily put him in a different room and he will not be there during your shoot.

Tesco Extra across the road. Local cafes, Deliveroo available from all the restaurants at Canary Wharf which is approximately 1 mile away.
