The property is a shou sugi ban (charred accoya) clad cabin, set in its own private woodland within National Trust heath and woodland.  It is just moments from the beach at West Runton, on the beautiful North Norfolk coast. The interiors of the cabin are in the style of modern Australian and Californian beach houses, with lots of light coloured walls, a mixture of light and dark wood cladding, micro cement and concrete bathrooms and micro cement and wood flooring, giving plenty of opportunity to shoot on different textural surfaces and backgrounds.

The property has great light at the South end (including the main living areas, wood clad bootroom and main bedroom/bathroom) and also has spaces on the North end that can be used without the need to block the light from windows. The property is finished to a very high standard, featuring linen window treatments and bedding throughout, commissioned furniture and artisan textile art and ceramics.

There is a large wood clad, light filled bootroom as you enter the property, moving through into the Sebastian Cox for Devol kitchen area with plenty of handmade oak floating shelves for displaying products. The large living and dining areas feature a Charnwood wood burning stove on a micro cement bench. There is one bedroom and bathroom downstairs and a further two large bedrooms and walk in shower rooms upstairs.
