About
Bejewelled Bespoke - W6
This is a truly unique Victorian cottage, in a modernist style offered by an experienced photoshoot host. The shoot location was recently refurbished to a designer standard and featured in the House & Garden magazine, and previously hosted a Tinie Tempah interview.
The open plan main living area features an interconnected foyer, double-height lounge, dining area, kitchen and snug, with Crittal doors leading into the secluded patio.
The living room has two fully functional fireplaces surrounded by beautiful subway tiles. The house has underfloor heating and no visible radiators, ideal for shoots. There is an exposed and green painted metal beam and an internal concrete mezzanine which add a touch of modernity into the otherwise mid-late 19th century structure. Second access door available if needed for equipment etc.
The palette has splashes of pastel colours, textured fabrics by Eley Kashimoto, Italian green marble kitchen top, oak dining table, terrazzo and hardwood floors throughout. It also features especially commissioned artwork.
This is an end of terrace house which benefits from loads of natural light coming in from east, south, west and atop. Effortlessly chic and endlessly photographable.
