This shoot location is a Bohemian home designed by an interior designer with amazing light, extra large living areas and great parking.  The building is Victorian, with a wonderfully eclectic, well decorated (and surprisingly vast 245 sqm) maisonette converted location from mansion, featuring 3.5m high ceilings, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and access to a mature walled garden. Very quiet but only 5 mins from the city centre. The first floor has a large sitting room with huge windows, 3.5m ceilings, library wall, open fire and marble fireplace and very good light. This leads to an open plan kitchen made out of reclaimed vintage haberdashery units with Lacanche stove and handmade terracotta floor. Dining room/hall that seats 12. On this floor there is also a well decorated guest bedroom with canopy bed with en-suite decorated in Mexican tiles and separate downstairs loo. The second floor has a second sitting room/snug with freestanding bath and wood burning stove as well as another mini-kitchen/mini bar.
