A recently renovated detached family home in the pretty coastal town of Portishead just 30 minutes from Bristol and 5 minutes from the M5 with stunning views of the Bristol channel and South Wales.   This shoot location has been designed to maximise space with high ceilings and a light and airy feel with modern touches, such as the black doors and fixtures. The large open plan kitchen, dining and living area backs on to a raised deck with outdoor seating and kitchen and views of the garden and channel, with bags of space to provide photographers and videographers many options to get the best angle. The kitchen is German designed with boho and Scandinavian vibes featuring oak look worktops and a large island. Plants are a feature of this space with plenty of greenery to add colour and texture. The bookcase opens to reveal a hidden utility space and is a fun feature of this home.   The ground floor also features an open and undecorated space that is available for clients to input their own furniture or décor, currently this is set up as a meditation area but can be customised to suite individual needs. The downstairs also features a cosy snug and home gym with excellent natural light coming from the bay windows.   The oak staircase and pendant lighting provides a grand feature in the centre of the house and leads to 4 upstairs bedrooms and a large open landing.   Three of the bedrooms are over 25sqm in size and two of these provide huge floor to ceiling windows to maximise light and views over the channel. The unique roof structure provides quirky nooks and design features. The two bathrooms feature large velux windows providing natural light and have been designed in a modern and simple aesthetic.   Outside there is off street parking for around 6 vehicles for easy access.
