A newly renovated 1930s detached home on a large plot in the seaside town of Portishead on the outskirts of Bristol with views over the channel. Ideal for film and photography, it offers plenty of natural light with a blend of 1930s features and modern sophistication.   The driveway will hold around 6 cars, providing easy access for shoots.   Please note that the renovations aren't yet complete, particularly outside or upstairs. We have set our rate lower to reflect this. The ongoing work may make the space unsuitable for some briefs. We are happy to give more detail on the work via message and welcome recces (short visits to check the suitability of a location ahead of booking) if helpful. You can see the back garden through the patio doors, which gives you an idea of how it photographs.
