This unusual seaside shoot location is one of a small number of early houses nestled in an elevated position on the West Hill above Hastings Old Town. Part of what makes it so special is that the original house is a simple late Georgian villa, which has been sensitively extended to create a wonderfully light and open ‘contemporary vintage’ living space.
