Hello, welcome to our home. A modernised four-storey Victorian house in the heart of Crystal Palace, just a minute from the vibrant Triangle. 

Our home has been used as a shoot location by brands including Mountain Burger, Pollen & Grace, and Bower Collective. It’s a light-filled, thoughtfully renovated space with original Victorian features – think high ceilings, decorative cornicing, fireplaces in every room – styled with a warm, contemporary touch. It’s perfect for content creation, lifestyle shoots, food photography, interviews, commercials, and more.

Available Spaces: Open-plan kitchen, dining & living area + garden Kitchen: A bright, versatile space with marble worktops, a kitchen island and gas hob. Includes a separate utility room and WC. You're welcome to use our collection of ceramics, cutlery, wine glasses, and placemats.

Living room: Modular L-shaped sofa (splits into two), large fireplace and 65-inch Samsung Frame TV, which can be customised with different artwork for your shoot.

Dining area: Bi-fold doors open fully onto the patio and garden, creating seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The extendable wooden table and chairs can be easily moved outside – ideal for kitchenware or food shoots.

Garden: split level patio and lawn with Hay garden bench and double table and chair set. Working gas BBQ.

Hallway & styled corners: Parquet flooring, bespoke walnut cabinetry, lught and airy high ceilings.

Office: Mid-century meets modern styling, green walls, and a feature tiled fireplace – perfect for workspace, lifestyle or editorial-style shots. It has it own's balcony patio area where we grow tomatoes and rhubarb which looks out onto the garden.

Home gym: Equipped with a Peloton bike, kettlebells, weights and mats.

Bedrooms: Four bedrooms are available as dressing rooms, shoot locations or quiet spaces. The master bedroom features an original fireplace and ensuite and velvet Loaf sofa, boucle loveseat which can be easily removed. A soft, green-toned second bedroom with panelled walls, shuttered windows and fireplace. A third bedroom in plaster pink with panelled walls, shuttered windows and fireplace. A children’s bedroom with a cot, rocking chair and neutral yet playful styling – also available for shoots.

Family bathroom: Large bath with shower head and separate shower, high ceilings and excellent natural light – a favourite for beauty and content shoots.

Located just off the Crystal Palace Triangle, our home is easily accessible, calm and private – ideal for everything from large-scale shoots to smaller productions. Free and unmetered parking on surrounding roads. 5-minute walk to Gipsy Hill station, 10 minutes to Crystal Palace Overground.
