This shoot location is a large semi-detached house dated to 1929. It has a very large back garden and a generous front garden. Inside there is a large front room with bay window and fireplace, and to the rear an open plan kitchen-diner with window seat, to a modern design with exposed steel work.  Being owned by two architects, the décor is considered throughout, and is a mix of classic and contemporary, befitting a family house. The location sits on a tree lined avenue which leads to the sea.
