Photography of other residences is not permittedUnload/load as quickly as possible, ask drivers not to leave engines running and make sure nobody blocks the road or neighbours’ drives.Please keep voices down in the street. Go for cigarette or chat in our garden instead. Thank you!Use blankets provided to put under props/equipment/kit. Tape poly board edges. Attach tennis balls provided to feet of tripods and other equipment.Lift furniture and heavy items so as not to scratch wood & slate floors. Please ask if you want to move pictures.Please help yourself to teas and coffees, always protect tables from food/drinks/heavy items/makeup, products, etc. (use coasters & mats provided).Smoking allowed outside (use ashtrays provided).Feel free to use anywhere except rooms with “no entry” signs.Please take away your rubbish! There is a £50 charge if excess is left behind.PARKING: We charge £25 per vehicle per day. Supply your car registration and we’ll book you in.Take care not to walk into the glass .Attach Post It notes at eye height if necessary. To open/close lift handle and slide.*Slate & deck can be slippery when wet. A couple of slates are loose - take care on garden steps.*The exterior stair has no balustrade & glass joins are quite sharp - take care.The owner is not responsible for any loss or injury sustained at the location.
