This home is located in a prestigious conservation area in the heart of Devon, overlooking a forest and rolling hills. This is a family home, that includes a recently renovated spacious kitchen with an Arabescato Vagli marble worktop, antique brass accessories, everhot cooker and bespoke cabinetry. A perfect setting for shoots. The living areas are neutral, bright and spacious with floor to ceiling sash windows. The master bedroom has a hidden ensuite bathroom with panelled walls and a rolltop bath. The children's bedrooms are colourful and spacious. All props and toys are available to use if required. You will also have use of the 'client wardrobe' which contains some vintage/traditional items of children's clothing. The home office is a darker, moody room with panelled walls, oak desk, parquet flooring, aged brass accessories and a red chesterfield sofa to compliment the green/grey tones.
