Situated on the very tip of the south coast, this shoot location's combination of elegant, modern design, eco-friendly credentials, and second-to-none beach location make this the most stylish of Sussex beachside homes.   Cleverly designed, upside-down living ensures that the gorgeous open plan social spaces make the very best of the stunning sea views. Large windows frame the water at every opportunity, and draw you to the ocean beyond. The library, with its beautifully presented, covetable collection of books, provides another great area to shoot. If you look carefully, you’ll discover the secret bathroom, hidden behind one of the bookshelves, offering possibly the best view of any room in the house. The statement kitchen with expansive marble worktops is painted the dark blue of a stormy seascape.   There are multiple balconies and decked areas outside the house, furnished with coffee tables and bistro-style tables and chairs. There is a sheltered alfresco dining area in the back garden, and an outdoor shower area. Beautiful East Beach is easily accessed via the back of the house.   The historic fishing town of Selsey lies on the very Southern tip of the Manhood Peninsula in West Sussex, eight miles to the South of Chichester (which also provides the nearest railway station, with trains running to London Victoria or London Bridge). The house is easily accessible via car and is only 2 hours from London. Selsey is reputed to have more sunlight hours than anywhere else in the UK!   Should you require overnight accommodation there are 3 x kingsize bedrooms, each with their own private terrace and a 1 x bedroom self-contained annexe.
