This shoot location is a terraced 19th century cottage in South West London, newly refurbished with a split level extension with full length windows overlooking the south facing garden. The whole house is available to hire including the kitchen and living area, garden, garden house, bedrooms and bathroom.   KITCHEN: it has a large kitchen island, tiled backsplash and is predominantly dark blue and benefits from light from the large windows facing the garden and four Velolux windows over the sofa on the mezzanine.   LIVING AREA: from the kitchen, a few steps down take us into the dining room filled with light, where you can the large oak dining table, oak bench and oak chairs with black leather seats. Here you can also find the piano and a long in-built bookcase. From here you can access the garden. The sofa and TV (with hidden cables) are located on the mezzanine. The mezzanine ends with a balustrade leaving a two stories void at the end of the dining room.   GARDEN AND GARDEN ROOM: the garden includes a variety of plants and garden furniture closer to the building, while at the far end there is a modern garden house with full length windows and a green roof of succulents.   MASTER BEDROOM: it is visually divided into a sleeping area and a dressing area through a darker floor paint in the latter. The wardrobe and Heals chest of drawers face each other and are of the same colour.   CHILDREN BEDROOM: located on the second floor it has a large south-facing window. The white minimalist bed is from Oliver Furniture and the medium-sized bookcase and chest of drawers are from Heals. It is spacious and light-filled.   BATHROOM: black yet light, the walk in shower and black taps are in perfect contrast with the classic English mismatched tiles (the same ones as in the kitchen). The bath tub is extra wide.
