About
Pretty Palette - MK11
This shoot location is a 1930s detached house set in Stony Stratford, which is an old market town and home to the old Cock & Bull story.
The property consists of 2 front reception rooms either side of the central hallway, one of which is a snug lounge with picture rails and original window architraves. The second will become a study, but is currently being used as a storage space for works are ongoing in other areas of the house - this room can be cleared and used, if necessary. Please get in touch for further information.
Off the inner lobby is a WC/utility with built in storage, oak worktop and baby butler sink.
The entire rear of the property has been knocked through and extended to create a large kitchen/dining/family space, with a pantry off the kitchen. This space is south/south-west facing with aluminium bi-fold doors and bi-fold window. The kitchen consists of a standalone oak island, coffee station and painted cabinets with brass hardware.
Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms, one with en-suite (master and en-suite due to be renovated in August). The main bathroom consists of a checkerboard wet room floor into the semi-open shower, panelling and marble accents.
The garden has an upper and lower level -the top level has limestone tiles and an outdoor kitchen space will be added, most likely now in 2026. The bottom level is landscaped with filled borders and a barked area for children's play equipment.
