The space is complemented by a curated collection of mid-century and postmodern props, alongside an abundance of mature house plants throughout, making it particularly well suited to lifestyle productions and interior brands. The studio offers dual access points, including a loading bay with a large goods lift, as well as a separate crew entrance via stairs. The original wooden flooring runs throughout, leading to a bare plaster wall that provides a clean, open backdrop ideal for larger scale productions. Floor-to-ceiling canvas curtains create a flexible, central shooting area, with industrial white racking housing an extensive on-site prop collection. At the front of the studio is a dedicated kitchen set (subject to separate hire terms), featuring a 6-metre 1970s yellow Formica kitchen with a bare plaster backsplash and modern white countertops. Additional spaces include a green room suitable for wardrobe/hair and make-up located off the reception area, as well as a secondary storage or changing room at the far end of the studio. Set builds are permitted, the scale and layout of the space allow for multiple shoot areas to operate simultaneously. There is ample free on-site parking with no height restrictions.
