It has undergone a complete transformation from its original 1960's appearance to turn it into a warm, welcoming family home with under floor heating, new insulation, wiring and an interior that is cosy, stylish and fresh.
The hub of the home is the large kitchen, which is set round a big oak island that has a brilliant vibe for entertaining and is in view of a dining table that easily sits 10.
The bifold windows open onto the kitchen garden which is south facing and a wall runs the length of the garden which adds to its charm. The house has 5 good sized bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a sitting room with a log burner. We also have another sitting room set up for games, including darts that could also function as a crew room.
There is ample parking for up to 6 cars and outside sockets if needed in the front and back of the house.

Mother of 4 boys and wife to James; my job has been to bring our sons up and launch them as good citizens of the world! We lived in London for many years and I worked as a TA, ran an Airbnb from our house and organised our home life for us as a family. We then moved to Surrey, bought our house and embarked on the 3 years it took to draw up plans and build our house.
