Internally this location has a great open-plan kitchen and dining area with lots of natural light and beautiful views. The house has a variety of different and interesting areas with each space designed to have its own story, but it all still flows. Externally; there is a wild flower meadow, fields with winding paths and tall grasses, streams, a small cut flower garden which will be full come spring/summer, vegetable and flower garden with greenhouse and pergola with vine by the house. There is a studio space above the garages which has its own kitchenette, small bathroom and entrance. Photograph to come. There is a 2 bed bnb - 'The Fold' which is bookable through Bolthole Retreats if anyone requires overnight accommodation. There is easy parking and we are very close to Charlbury train station with good link direct from London Paddington.
