It's the extensive private grounds of this traditional Oast Farmhouse in Kent that make this location stand out, including twenty two acres of stunning gardens and a swimmable private lake.   Just one hour from London and on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells, this unique shoot location with a 4 acre swimmable private lake, wildflower and long grass fields, a tree lined grass avenue, mini orchard, woodlands, a few dilapidated outbuildings (sheds), a white rose arch, big astro tennis court, small picturesque pond with a ‘pixie hut’ and a myriad of seasonal flowers and manicured lawns. Ideal for both large commercial shoots or smaller family portrait sessions the exterior and interior of the traditional farmhouse can also be used. From 2024 there will also be a 3 bedroom annexe available upon request at additional cost for shoot and stay if required.
