Glorious Grade II stone built former farmhouse set in 5 acres, with a range of outbuildings including Medieval Cruck barn, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, bathroom, secure gated parking for up to 30 cars. The interiors have been styled with a meticulous eye and provide a warm, neutral backdrop to your shoot with plenty of character.

There is also a self catering cottage and glamping cabin which are listed separately or all can be hired together. Private, rural location with uninterrupted views across open countryside.

We are Amanda and Martin, owners of The Old Granary holiday cottage at Beech Farm, our family home. We are privileged to live in such a stunning location with amazing views over rolling Derbyshire countryside. The property dates from the 1800’s and is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Conservation Area. We have a 3 acre field adjoining the garden to the barn and adjoining 16th Century Cruck Barn.
