This shoot location property is located down a private lane, on the edge of a small farm, on top of a hill with far reaching views over open countryside.

A peaceful countryside location, but still perfectly connected – just 5 minutes from historic Winchester.
Renovated in 2021, the house is beautifully presented throughout.

The property has an abundance of natural light and plenty of large living spaces. Including an open plan kitchen diner area with large Crittall doors and windows and a separate more formal lounge room.
Parking at the house is unlimited due to the ability to park in our adjoining field behind the house.

Parking is unlimited. We have a large driveway for 6-8 cars, then we own the field behind our house where any additional cars can be parked.
