Grade II* Listed Elizabethan House set in 10 acres of gardens and woodland in the South Downs National Park, approximately 50 mins from London. The house is spread over four floors with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room and dining room. The hallway has original wattle and daub and there is dark wood panelling in the dining room and there are five fireplaces, two of which are original inglenooks.
There are many interesting features including original floorboards and a dark red brick floor which is in contrast to the more modern open and light space of the barn which is next to the house. The barn has tall glass windows that flood the space with warmth and light and is overlooked by a modern mezzanine. There is also a bathroom and additional storage. In the garden, there is a a diptank surrounded by decking in the grounds.
