This bright and spacious property is a recently renovated and extended Edwardian home. The east facing rear of the property houses a modern open plan shaker style kitchen / lounge and dining area with exposed steel beams.  Large glass patio doors lead out into an established 70ft garden.


To the front of the house there is a double reception room used as a more formal living room, with features such as decorative plaster coving, a fireplace and piano.


The house has four double bedrooms ( two of these have en-suites), a large family bathroom with a stand-alone bath and a walk in shower. The is also an office situated in the converted loft.


There is a drive to fit two cars and plenty of off street parking nearby.

Parking information

There is a driveway where up to three cars can park, and plenty of parking spots in the neighbourhood. The train station is 5 minutes down the road.

Restricted areas

As long as spaces are agreed ahead of the shoot, we don't have restricted areas. Any areas not agreed to ahead of the shoot, are restricted.


We have a very friendly Labrador and a cat who usually disappears into the garden throughout any shoot.

Local amenities

We have a small Waitrose and Tesco express five minutes walk away and a highs tree with plenty of shops, cafes and supermarkets a 5 minute drive away.
