The property is approximately 6,000 sq ft, featuring 6 bedrooms, kitchen/breakfast/family room which opens via huge wooden bifold doors to a 250 square metre decked area with recessed planting, then onto a colourful south facing garden with views of trees and sky. The kitchen features modern soft-close cabinets in wood grain effect, quartz worktops and top-of-the-range integrated Miele appliances. The informal drawing room has a modern limestone fireplace complemented by wide planked timber flooring with recessed up-lit bookshelves leading onto the rear decking.
