About Eco Grand Escape – GU3

This approx. 5,000 sq. ft house has masses of natural light coming through its double height windows that are featured in the living and dining rooms. It has an open plan layout on the ground floor, plus a cinema room and a further 5 bedrooms upstairs with individually designed en-suites leading from a spacious landing.

The house has two atriums to the front and rear, and the main living area has a modern Scandi inspired kitchen with hob island and Gaggenau appliances. The aesthetic is clean and contemporary, with glamorous accessories and interesting mix of textures and colours. The house has a roof terrace, providing spectacular views as a backdrop. The garden features a swimming pool, and a pool house with a gym and sauna. The house sits 2 acres of land, backing onto woodlands. The house has recently been completely renovated to be an eco-house built from ICF, with GSHP, solar and battery.

Grant and Natasha have worked in the world of photography, film and tv for many years. When taking up the challenge of the life long dream of building their own house, they always wanted it be a house that could be used for shoots and filming. With this in mind they designed a eco friendly house with lots of natural light and open space.
