A charming 1930s house, with original stained-glass windows which still remain in the kitchen, landing and the front door and porch. The rest of the property has been furnished with a contemporary feel, with a new open plan kitchen/sitting/dining room opening via sliding doors to the large patio and garden offering the inside/outside feel in the summer months. A large internally lit French Armoire is one of the features of this modern space, along with the lit square shelves surrounding the TV in the sitting room space. The garden has been designed with an outdoor kitchen and pizza oven, raised sleeper beds, an additional decking seating area at the end and multiple lighting options.


The garden has a very Mediterranean feel in the summer months, with multiple planting of the palm trees and tropical plants that can survive the UK weather. The garden room at the end is a self-contained, stand-alone building with all the amenities.


This is a spacious 4 bedroom house (and an additional bedroom in the garden room). There is a front sitting room in a more traditional style from the rest of the ground floor and there are other rooms available if required for back of house use.


The house is situated on a road of 1930 ‘Met’ style houses, detached and semi detached, and the local town  is charming and leafy suburban town with the added benefit of the beautiful Aquadrome and multiple beautiful country locations nearby, such as Chorleywood Common which could offer additional filming opportunities.
