This property is a grand Jacobean Hunting lodge, with generous rooms, tall ceilings and plenty of warmth and character. The formal drawing room is panelled, yet it still retains a friendly air. Other rooms retaining panelling also feature exposed beams and an inglenook fireplace. The gardens are extremely spacious and there is plenty of onsite parking for shoots. The well established gardens also include a swimming pool, pool house and a tennis court.

Corporate, press, business, product and PR events very welcome, locations are not available to rent for private parties or events
Pricing:
Price shown per hour is for the 4 hour minimum booking period, and assumes weekday bookings (Mon-Fri), standard hours (between 8am – 6pm) with maximum 15 people
Prices include VAT@20%

Terms:
· Hire time includes first person arrival to last person leaving
· If overtime may be required - please state up front
· Increases in number of people from that booked will be subject to additional charges
· Please notify:
pets, children (under 18), allergies, glamour/boudoir/nudity, adult content, exclusive access, other non-standard requests
filming or equipment outside front of properties
· Hirer must have adequate damage and public liability insurance
House Rules:
- No smoking, vaping, alcohol or drugs in houses, gardens and pools
- Eating and drinking in designated areas only
- No glass in and around pools
- Shoes off inside locations, or shoe protection used
- Smoke and haze may be used with agreement
- Please ask to move furniture, art or furnishings
- All rubbish to be removed at the end of the hire, dealing with leftover rubbish will be subject to overtime charge

We provide home owners with everything they need to rent out their home or property for shoots. Our founder Gillian has successfully rented her house for shoots over the past 15 years to brands & artists including Dolce & Gabbana, Levi’s, Vogue, Harrods, and even Olly Murs.
