A stunning new 3,000 sq foot house designed by a BIID registered interior designer. This shoot location is airy and spacious throughout, with brand new fixtures and fittings. The ground floor has an entrance hall, sitting room, large studio/library, WC, utility and open-plan kitchen/dinner/tv area leading onto a level threshold patio and large lawn with borders and striking water feature.

There is parking for three cars on the front drive and plenty of parking on the road, which has no parking restrictions. The aesthetic is country contemporary, with a mainly neutral palette throughout, some statement crittal, and a high end finish.

Upstairs there are 4 good sized double bedrooms, all with bathrooms and one suite with a dressing room.

Meet your host

I am an interior designer, with a small small, dynamic studio providing a fully tailored design service for residential clients in London and Buckinghamshire Following a successful career in retail advertising working with BT and Marks and Spencer, I took a break to have a family and decided to follow my passion for interiors. I retrained at the Chelsea College of Interior Design, graduating with distinction. I have since added to my Interior Design diploma with specialist courses in colour and lighting and I am currently working towards a complimentary garden design diploma. I have just completed a full demolition and rebuild of my own family home, adapting it to meet the demands of a busy family life whilst incorporating a new, larger studio space for my growing team. The goal was to maximise every inch of space, building from the ground up, and future proof my home for years to come. I love travelling, cooking and gardening. Recently, I have discovered location renting, and I’m really enjoying opening up my home for shoots, and the diverse range of people and projects I meet.
