A purpose built studio apartment set, situated on Bath Riverside, a 15 minute walk from the heart of Georgian Bath. Designed and built by Studio Walcot, a Bath-based commercial interior design studio, the space comes with optional access (to be discussed with your Host at an additional cost) to an extensive prop catalogue and a stylist to direct your shoot. Perfect for photoshoots, podcasting, content creation and video!

The space has lime washed walls and ceilings throughout, stunning limestone effect porcelain floors, a curved plastered backdrop wall and huge oak winding staircase. The beauty of this location is that as well as being used as a home apartment location, it can be completely customised to look like a range of business types such as retail, skin clinic, aesthetic clinic, design studio, beauty, product shots and any personal brand shoot. There is also a full wall of bi-fold doors which lead onto a large paved terrace with olive trees and a few steps takes you right down to an undulating lawn and the riverside edge.

The living room set has an oversized neutral boucle modular sofa, glass and mineral stone coffee table and cream curved statement armchair. A study nook adds a home office element with an oak desk, wall shelves and linen pouf.

The dining/kitchenette has neutral L-shaped cabinetry with tumbled edge limestone countertop and handmade white Moroccan zellige tile backsplash.

There are no appliances in our kitchen set so the space can be turned into multiple shoot uses.
A stunning round mineral stone dining table with boucle chairs completes the set.

The bedroom set has a double curved boucle bed with layers of soft neutral bed linens and pillows, with a hanging iron clothes rail, thin metal hangers and full sized concrete arched mirror.

For brands and small businesses we also have a stunning curved white zellige tiled reception desk with limestone counter top and a wall of modular bleached oak shelving to display your own product range.

To keep you comfortable and give privacy during your shoot, we have two accessible toilets and a changing facility with sinks, vanity, led mirror and Dyson hand dryer. Plus a kitchen with sink, fridge, microwave and kettle/coffee machine. The space has central heating and running hot/cold water.
