Luxurious Converted Warehouse Loft with a period interior and rooftop. The property is a converted 1930’s warehouse apartment tucked away in a quiet alley in the creative heart of our capital city, East London.

Furnished with a lavish collection of antiques from the aesthetic movement through to the art deco period. It features distempered arsenic green walls which provide an unsettling and seductive back drop to exotic chinoiserie furnishings and Victorian funeral parlour chic. Flourishing houseplants entwine with objet d’art to create a multi-sensory space.

It offers 900 sqft main space with bathroom, kitchen and an additional hair and make-up room. Located on the 1st floor with good access via a large staircase. Roof top with views to the East London cityscape is accessible via a metal staircase.

This location’s rates vary according to usage and are dependent on the crew size, scale and impact of your production. Starting at £100 p/h for photographic shoots, please message the Host to enquire based on your shoot needs.

They have an adjoining studio (Bountiful Bohemian North – E8) and their roof spaces can be hired together or separately.

✓ The Arsenic Parlour is a time warp, furnished with genuine antiques. The majority of the contents are at least 100 years old. Communication between set designers is essential in regards to manoeuvring certain pieces that require special handling.  No hot or wet cups/takeaway cups and dishes to be placed directly on the wooden or lacquered surfaces. This can cause permanent damage in a matter of seconds.  Do not consume food or drink in the main set area. Please restrict eating and drinking to the kitchen and Hair & Make-up room or roof top.  Please always lift furniture when moving- do not drag.  Do not stand on any of the chairs/furniture on set. We can provide a ladder.  Do not move any large or heavy plants without permission.  Do not touch or attempt to move the Green HMV Gramophone.  Do not touch or attempt to move the peacock.  Protect wooden floorboards from sharp objects/heavy stands that could dent the woodwork.  Absolutely no decoration without prior consent  No nails, tapes, blue-tac, gaffer tape (or similar) to be applied to any surfaces or paintwork.  No smoke machines, haze or fogging without prior consent. Water based haze only  Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the building

Parking information

Permits available for parking in the alley way, or car park can be hired separately. This no through road is ideal for support vehicles and additional outdoor shots.
