This shoot location is a stylish new build home. It has large glass feature windows in the Hall/Landing and Master Bedroom, flooding the property with natural light. The large kitchen diner/living area is modern and features a kitchen island, further there are separate play room and a lovely sized living room. The large hallway sweeps up to a landing with a balcony. The very large master bedroom is on the first floor, along with 2 large children’s bedrooms with a jack and jill ensuite and 2 further bedrooms that used as an office and dressing room. The property also has a play room downstairs.

The drive can park 3 cars. There is also additional parking available on the road. No restrictions, this is a quiet residential estate.

Pets

1 dog- he is old and will not be at the property for shoots. I also ensure to clean daily & not let the dog upstairs or on the sofas/soft furnishings. I ensure to keep a clean and "dog free" looking/smelling house.

Local town 2 minute drive away. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Close to Chatsworth/Matlock.

Im Sophie, 34 years old and mum to 2 boys (Ralph 6years) and Oliver (4 years). I work part time for the NHS as a project manager. I love all things home and fashion, I also love hosting and baking for friends and family.
