Located between Bristol and Bath, our vibrant 4-bedroom detached home was completed in March 2022 and thoughtfully designed with sustainability – and creativity – at its core. We like to call it a house of creatives: modern, colourful, and full of character. Every space reflects a carefully curated mix of style and personality, making the home not only eco-conscious but visually distinctive.

From day one, our goal was to create a home powered entirely by renewable energy. It has a high-efficiency heat pump, water tank, and underfloor heating for year-round comfort with minimal environmental impact. Natural materials such as engineered wood flooring and eco-friendly paints bring warmth, texture, and a sense of calm throughout the house.

The home includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a stylish and spacious living room, a fully decorated kitchen and dining area, and a private back garden (currently a work in progress). The master bedroom features a chic en-suite, and two additional bedrooms are on track to be fully decorated by the end of 2025. A bright hallway and garage complete the space, each corner telling its own design story.
