Recently renovated 1930s semi detached property in Manchester, 3 miles from the city centre. A family home with a mix of contemporary and traditional features throughout. A standout feature are the two living areas, both with different styles allowing the impression of two different shoot locations in one house.

The ground floor consists of a hallway, contemporary office space, and a front snug living room showcasing an eclectic mix of traditional features and quirky accessories. The hallway leads to a light and airy open plan kitchen, living and dining area with a modern Scandi feel and a striking wooden slat wall. Sliding doors lead onto a contemporary, neat garden with pergola. Downstairs has a small bathroom and utility area.

The first floor consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom. All contemporary styled family spaces.

This is an established shoot location, perfect for photo shoots, video, filming, interviews, youtube, and TV adverts.

There is space for two cars on the driveway and there is access to the rear garden via a side gate. Parking on the street is also available. If there is an event nearby then a permit can be supplied. Also accessible by public transport, two nearby Metrolink lines.

Hello, I’m a graphic designer living in a location property. If you’re looking for a shoot location for photography or film then my home and garden is available to hire. My experience with art direction for studio room sets and on location has given me an eye for interior trends and styles which has helped with the refurbishment of my 1930s property. I miss working on interiors full time so have been maxing out my skills renovating my home bringing a mix of original features and contemporary styling.
