About Elegant Edwardian – MK44

This shoot location is a 12 bedroom Edwardian house set in its own grounds. It has a beautiful mix of period features with a modern sophisticated twist. On entering the house you are greeted by a sweeping staircase and galleried landing. William Morris paper gives a traditional feel combined with a huge dropped chandelier. It also has a brand new, fully fitted enormous kitchen with 2 islands, perfect for Chefs and photo shoots with lots of natural light. Alongside this is a stunning dining room with a 14 seater table, bespoke bar and views onto the garden.


The house has 2 big lounges which can be used for a traditional vibe, and the Hosts are open to decoration of these spaces. The snug is a cosy area colour drenched in Farrow & Ball’s DeNimes with bespoke cabinetry for a more modern feel.


The basement has an industrial feel and can either be used for shoots or as an area for crew to relax. There is an an additional kitchen downstairs which again can be used for crew or shooting. Most of the downstairs rooms have magnificent period ceilings and lighting.

Upstairs there are 3 big bedrooms which can be used for shooting, all have a traditional feel. 4 of the bedrooms have yet to be renovated so ideal if there are any budding interior designers!

The house is set on 3 acres of established gardens with plenty of space for photography or even a marquee, perfect for the Bake Off.

There is a huge amount of on-site parking, plenty of space for cast and crew.


There are a many different areas for hosting and filming, and this location is ideal for a one stop shop for brands, photographers, corporate meetings.  The Hosts are also happy to arrange for catering.
