Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with far reaching views of rolling countryside. This shoot location was once part of a working farm that dates back to Medieval times with a 16th Century Cruck barn as one of the extensive range of stone outbuildings on site.


This beautiful cottage has been lovingly converted by the owners from on old grain store and is designed to blend traditional touches with a modern twist.


The property has three bedrooms all with luxurious king size beds, two of which are en-suite, family bathroom. The living spaces consist of a lounge and kitchen/dining room with handmade cabinets, granite worktops, Belfast sink with deVOL taps.


Direct access from the barn leads onto the patio area and garden with 3 acre field beyond. As well as offering stunning views across the rolling fields which adjoin, there is an added touch of luxury with a Jacuzzi hot tub.

We are Amanda and Martin, owners of The Old Granary holiday cottage at Beech Farm, our family home. We are privileged to live in such a stunning location with amazing views over rolling Derbyshire countryside. The property dates from the 1800’s and is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Conservation Area. We have a 3 acre field adjoining the garden to the barn and adjoining 16th Century Cruck Barn.
