About Lifestyle Luxe – SW18

A stunning luxury daylight photo studio spread across two floors in a listed Victorian building. The perfect location for personal branding shoots and elevated content creation thanks to its clean, modern and neutral aesthetic. It has a premium lifestyle setup with a variety of thoughtfully designed areas to shoot in. There is free parking on site, additional props to add unique touches to your shots, a hair & beauty station, steamer and clothes rail to make sure your outfits are in top shape, storage for suitcases as well as a kitchen stocked with premium teas, coffee, snacks & bubbly to celebrate! A studio assistant will always be on hand to help throughout your booking (working from the studio, out of your way). Make yourself at home, connect your music to the studio’s speakers and start creating pure magic.

House rules

✓ Clean shoe policy - shoes can be worn but soles must be clean to protect our floors. We have a database of all items in the studio and how much they cost - if anything is broken, the fee to replace it must be paid at the end of the session. Pets are prohibited in the studio unless explicit written consent has been obtained from the owners. A flat fee of £50 applies for pet presence, an additional cleaning fee may apply only if necessary. Pets are not permitted on soft furnishings. If bringing a pet, our studio host will oversee compliance with these terms throughout your visit.

Restricted areas

The building has public access. When you enter through the front doors of the building, you turn left down the first corridor and will find the studio at the end. We share communal bathrooms with the rest of the building, all of our other amenities are within the Studio.

We are a 15 minute walk away from Clapham Junction which has an array of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. We are also closely situated to Wandsworth.
