Named Loft House principally for its voluminous, airy proportions, the house also earns its moniker for the configuration of its bedrooms on the ground floor and the living quarters upstairs in an elevated position maximising light and space. The house offers flexible open plan living with a contemporary kitchen and dining area leading out to the creatively designed garden, planted by a Chelsea Flower Show exhibitor. The garden is accessed by a striking orange steel staircase and has a secluded decked area surrounded by corten steel and gabion retained raised beds. The house is easily accessible and has ample parking.
