Beautiful Grade II listed Queen Anne country home with a Victorian extension, including a scullery with original wood oven which could be easily transformed for a period piece. The interior is a colourful mix of modern and antique furniture/art and the house has many original features (including windows, ironmongery and built-in shutters).

Incredibly easy access from London (12 minutes from Colchester station, entrance less than 1 mile from the main road). The house is in the middle of 300 acres of beautiful farmland, including arable fields, amazing wildlife, one ancient oak wood with a brook, two other large woods, two large meadows, a paddock and stables. The house is very quiet and not visible from any road.

The space is a WIP, so please ask for most recent photos if you are interested in a particular room. The house is occupied by flexible and sympathetic adults with experience in shoots and production.
