The house comprises of a very large, open plan lower ground floor level with its own private entrance. Here you will find, a high spec kitchen, dining area and music area (with glass roof)/library, plus lots of sociable seating, together with a separate powder room and laundry.

There are 2x double doors and 1x single door leading out to a private courtyard patio and then steps up to the garden and a further patio. On the ground floor level there is a grand hallway, double sitting room (with original dividing doors) and a large bathroom.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms – two double bedrooms and one large single with walk in wardrobe. There are two bathrooms (one is an en suite off the master bedroom). On the second floor, there is a further double bedroom with sash window and a sky light. The house is furnished with a combination of high end furniture and antique/vintage pieces and bespoke joinery, together with lots of original art.

There is an abundance of period features such as cornices, ceiling roses, cast iron fireplace, cast iron bath, wooden sash windows and parquet floor.
