Spacious Kitchen: Featuring bespoke cabinetry by Alno, marble worktops, and large Minoli tiles. The kitchen also has an island hob, vaulted ceilings, and 3m sliding doors opening to the garden, providing beautiful south-facing light. A 65-inch Samsung Frame TV can be customised with different artwork for shoots. This area includes an 8ft wooden table and vintage mid-century chairs, perfect for kitchenware and food shoots – this can also be moved onto the patio easily.

Front Living Room: With 3m-high ceilings, tall bay windows, & parquet flooring, this room is fitted with bespoke walnut cabinetry, a velvet Loaf sofa, and boucle sofa and love seat. The shutters and curtains allow for blackout capabilities, making it ideal for controlled lighting.

Upstairs Dressing Rooms & Bathroom: Two upstairs bedrooms are available as dressing or makeup rooms, with a newly renovated bathroom that has proven popular for beauty and social media shoots.

The property is located on a quiet road providing a peaceful environment for everything from large-scale productions to smaller, more intimate shoots. The owners are experienced Hosts, with  previous shoots for TV chefs, branding shoots, kitchenware commercials, comedy shows, and prime-time dramas. There’s free parking on the street and space for one vehicle in the driveway.
