About Rural Family Farmhouse – SG16

This is a wonderfully authentic 18th century farmhouse in Rural Bedfordshire. As a shoot location, it is very accessible from London (less than an hour on the train) and for the M1 and A1.

The property includes six bedrooms and a country kitchen and aga. It features an Inglenook fireplace with log burner, large dining room with antique dining table and two living spaces. It has original beams and feature fireplaces throughout, and newly renovated bathrooms. Each room has been lovingly and individually decorated.

The property also hosts a two bedroom cottage with separate kitchen and bathroom (connected to the farmhouse, so it can be used as one or two properties) and a large manicured garden and tennis court.

There are also 17th & 18th Century renovated barns available to hire, The Barns.
