Designed with rest and recuperation in mind, there are two calming bedrooms piled with beautiful linens sit at the back of the apartment. Off the central hallway is a relaxing bathroom, and a beautiful Devol kitchen. A large, sunny living and dining area sits at the front of the apartment.

Finished with hand-crafted oak, natural textures and a calming colour palette this is a simple and beautiful shoot location.

Parking information

Unfortunately there is no private parking. However there is plenty of parking nearby. The nearest car park is Oak Lane car park which is only a few yards from the front door. This car park has a maximum of a 4 hour stay. However parking after 6pm is free so a car can be left there overnight. The My RingGo app makes it easy to put a ticket on your car in the morning without having to leave the flat. Car park code is 4003. There is also plenty of street parking close by some with restrictions during the day and others with no restrictions.

Yes 12 New street is a central location with lots of shops (food and independent) within walking distance. Beautiful river walks nearby on the River Deben and Aldeburgh, Orford and Southwold only a short drive away.
