CREATIVE KITCHEN AND SOULFUL CABIN

The ground floor of this 1930s property has been newly renovated with a spacious contemporary extension. The kitchen is stunning with dark green and oak finish cabinets, a ‘fresh concrete’ quartz worktop, and unpolished wooden floor – giving a contemporary matte finish throughout. Plenty of space for crew to move around, and snug area too. Sliding doors across the width of the house, look out onto garden and a a very original garden cabin – Soho farmhouse vibe with wood cladding inside and out, it has two rooms – a cosy study, and a photography studio with seamless paper backdrop installed. 1930s sitting room available as well with original windows. All three spaces currently used for home owner /photographer’s shoots, so there’s plenty of natural light and room to move furniture around.

Katrina is a photographer, Sam is a qualitative researcher. Together they’ve renovated their 1930s home from a wreck to a gorgeous family home (for 3 boys, 2 rabbits) with plenty of light filled space for them to work and live in.
