The owners both work in the photography and advertising industries, so they know exactly what makes a house shoot-friendly. Before its recent renovation, the home featured in numerous TV commercials, stills shoots, and even spent six weeks as a film location—during which the family was happily relocated. They have two children, aged 15 and 12, and a friendly black Labrador named Nessie, who adds a touch of charm (and occasional mischief!) to the home.
